Rim & Tire Warehouse

Chose to buy 4 new tires from here after calling and speaking with Nahuel, who took the time to walk me through all options. After 20min on the phone, I decided to bring my business to Rim and Tire Warehouse because of the care and consideration he provided me. The entire experience from beginning to end was professional and the job performance was top tier. The entire crew here is on point! With financing options available, a dedicated and highly knowledgeable staff, and tire selections to fit all sizes with multiple options, don’t waste your time going anywhere else. Ownership is organized, facility is clean, and you can tell the difference is in the small details. I will be a patron here for the foreseeable future, and you should be too!

10/10 service LOVE ROSA she’s very sweet. They have sweet kitties in lobby while you’re waiting. My service was done by MANNY he’s so great, very thorough and extremely smart and quick. They got a new lifetime customer 🤞🏾

If I could leave no stars I would Some employees just standing around drinking coffee. Some are walking back and forth trying to look busy. The only employee actually working is literally sitting down as if playing in a sand box. I waited for more than 2 hours and not even a “hey sir we will be with you in just a moment.” It’s no wonder they have a space inside called “living room” because you actually have to wait all day for a simple tire swap. I came to Knightdale tire shop and they took care of me in literally 10 minutes. Mind you these tires had already been paid for and this was around 1pm when they should be in full service mode.

Went to see Shawn at Rim & Tire Warehouse after being told by several other Rim and Tires stores that they would have to special order what I needed and to be honest, none of them were helpful or seemed like they wanted my business. From the moment I walked into Rim & Tire Warehouse, Shawn helped me through the entire process, start to finish. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly! Everyone that works there is great! My new rims and tires look AMAZING and I am super pleased with the new look of my vehicle!! Didn't need to special order ANYTHING and they put them on my car right away. They also have a great selection to choose from. I will most definitely be back the next time I need tires and I will be referring Shawn to everyone I know!! Thanks guys, I'm a very happy customer!!!
